Sausage cheese puffs
makes 1201lb Italian sausage- cooked and drained
1lb grated cheddar cheese
3cups Bisquick
3/4cup water
mix cheese with Bisquick. gradually add sausage. add water and stir like crazy. roll into 1inch diameter balls. bake at 375degrees for 10-12 minutes.
[to reduce fat] cook and drain ground turkey and add Italian seasoning while cooking.
